A note from the founder
I started CrewZero from the belief that team days should feel considered, generous, and alive.
I come from a creative family, where hosting was never just about putting people in a room. It was food, color, timing, comfort, small surprises, and the feeling people carried home after.
CrewZero is built from that place. We take the care of a personal gathering and apply it to company experiences: the right format, the right partners, the right pace, and a producer who keeps the day moving without making it feel managed.
We operate from Jaipur and Bangalore, with a small partner bench and a practical promise: your team should get a day that feels thoughtful, and your People function should not have to carry every detail alone.
How we think
Four principles that run through every day we produce.
- A small catalog, operated obsessively.
- We would rather run a focused catalog beautifully than stretch into formats we cannot operate with care.
- The People team should not be the ops team.
- We design every interaction so your People function can show up to the experience, not run it. Vendor calls, food safety, parking lots. Ours, not yours.

- Our bench, partners, producers, and taste are rooted in India. We design for teams in Jaipur, Bangalore, and the cities they travel to together.
